About

Hi Readers!

(See that, you get capitalized because you're important!)

I honestly loath the "About" pages on websites because for most websites they go entirely against the point of the website. I feel like they're just an exercise in business owners talking about themselves to make themselves feel important.

That said, I hope that people reading this will want to know a little about me and I hope that I come across as relatable.

So, without further ado, here I am.

Judge me as you will.

My name is XXXXXXXX XXXXXX .

I spent years in the USAF as an air traffic controller but now work airspace integration issues to enable seamless SUAS (drone) operations intermixed with manned aviation. In my spare time, I've been learning to program because I've come up with a few app ideas that I'd like to bring to fruition. If I don't have any posts about my journey creating those apps up just yet, I plan to - be patient.

I've been creating websites in a non-professional capacity since the days when the "IDE" of choice was notepad. If you feel like a blast from the past, www.spacejam.com is still live (not my work, of course). I haven't developed anything lately so my HTML and CSS are a bit rusty and my JS was always middling at best. I've been diving into C# and the .NET Framework with the intent of developing multi-platform games and apps.

I plan on this blog being about my journey learning and creating and I hope you're able to benefit from my future confusion and, let's face it, screw ups.

And now you know the truth...

I'm just a guy with a keyboard.

And you're just my favorite person in the world right now because you read through all that and don't hate me yet.

I hope that you're able to get some value from what I post and I welcome your feedback.

I won't always be right, but I will always be writing.
